The project featured an 80,000‑square‑foot, 24‑inch‑thick insulated mat slab, engineered for performance and supported by approximately 120,000 linear feet of piling to address site and load‑bearing requirements.
Additional scope included a rail dock slab‑on‑grade designed for material handling and logistics operations, along with associated site pavement supporting circulation and access.
