Hyperscale Data Center – Upper Midwest
K&M Concrete executed a massive, multi‑phase concrete scope for two mission‑critical hyperscale data center projects currently underway in the Upper Midwest. Across extreme winter conditions, our teams successfully placed more than 25,000 cubic yards of slab‑on‑grade concrete and 18,000 cubic yards of foundations, maintaining production, quality, and schedule despite prolonged cold‑weather challenges.
Delivering concrete at this scale during winter required disciplined planning, experienced crews, and rigorous execution. From cold‑weather protection and sequencing to logistics and workforce coordination, K&M Concrete managed every aspect of the scope to ensure continuous progress on a site where downtime was not an option. Our ability to self‑perform and control critical operations allowed the project to move forward without the schedule impacts often associated with winter concrete placement.
