Jesse serves as Director of Project Management at K&M Concrete Construction, where he leads the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. Jesse works closely with project managers, superintendents, and operations leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget—while upholding K&M’s standards for quality, communication, and operational excellence.
Mat serves as Chief Operating Officer at K&M Concrete Construction, where he provides executive leadership across operations, project delivery, finance, safety, and talent development. In his role, Mat focuses on building scalable systems, developing people, and driving disciplined execution to support K&M’s long-term growth while protecting the company’s core values and culture.
