Who This is For

Individuals who enjoy working outdoors, value craftsmanship and safety, and want to build tangible results as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

Support concrete construction projects through site preparation, formwork support, concrete placement, finishing activities, and general jobsite operations. Responsibilities grow into layout, reinforcement installation, quality control, and crew leadership.

  • Concrete Laborer
  • Concrete Finisher
  • Carpenter
  • Registered Apprentice (Minnesota DLI–approved program)
Registered Apprenticeship Option

K&M offers a Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry approved Registered Apprenticeship combining on-the-job training with supplemental instruction focused on safety, technical skill, and leadership.

Project engineer, entry level

  • Field + Office

Who This is For

Graduates or early-career professionals interested in project management, estimating, or construction leadership.

What You’ll Do

Assist with estimates, budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and site coordination while gaining hands-on field experience.

Summer internship program, college students

  • Field + Office

Program Overview

Paid summer internships from mid-May through mid-August with hands-on experience and mentorship.
